In September 2018, Kaizhong Precision completed the wholly-owned acquisition of SMK in Germany. This acquisition is an important measure for Kaizhong Precision to promote the “three electric” (battery, electric control, motor), intelligent driving and lightweight and globalization strategies of new energy vehicles.
Two SMK bases near Stuttgart and Dresden
